Romeo, Teeko (rescued at 2 years old) and Sassy heard about our recent dog rescue. They approached their momma, Mary Corio, and inquired if there was some way they could help. Mary had noticed our "Shamrocks For Our Shelter" sale advertised on our website and a great idea popped into her head.She contacted the SPCA and kindly offered to take 100 of them to sell for donations for our shelter. We were thrilled to hear from her and quickly sprang into action to make this possible. Agent Mindy immediately searched local stores for green paper to make more shamrocks, and our dedicated employee Kaitlyn spent hours tracing and cutting out clover after clover. The next day we delivered these freshly made items to Mary. If you see Mary around town,won't you please consider donating $1.00 for a shamrock to help our animals?

3/2/10: As of today, Mary, along with a co-worker of hers, Maryann Skeide, have raised an amazing $130 to help our SPCA animals from the sale of shamrocks!!! They will continue to sell  clovers until St Patty's Day. Thanks ladies, you are amazing!!!
