The Niagara County SPCA has undergone
tremendous changes in the past year.
The shelter is under new management, has a
new Board of Directors and a new
No-Kill mission. Over the course of the last
year, we have doubled our adoptions,
transfers and stray return rates from 744 to
1,477, reduced our euthanasia numbers
incredibly and have placed importance on
creating a presence in the community.
